Making changes and progress

So since my awful flu I had last week, I am feeling alot better. On the positive side I feel like I have more energy to do more things. So for example I am doing  more cooking, oh and eating lol
So I have attached various pictures of when I made bacon and mushroom risotto.
I needed  to increase my vegetable intake so I made sure that mushrooms, basil, spring onions was added to try and get some vitamins and minerals in there.
This was topped off with a handful of cheese.
