My healthy takeaway

Well its the first of December so I thought I would start my healthy eating regime, as its now less than four weeks till xmas :(
So tonight rather than having a tikka masala for my takeaway, I had a lamb sagwala instead.  Sagwala is packed full of iron, ( because in the sagwala it contains spinach)
Vitamins (again the spinach plus tomatoes) and fibre ( spinach and tomatoes)
I had it with boiled rice which has less fat than fried and pilau rice. 

It tasted absolutely gorgeous, so why not give it a go? !!!
