Affirmations- New Year Resolutions

Part of my new year resolution is to not be afraid to take on new challenges. I always felt that if I do things in a "safe way" and not challenge myself I will not be able to do new things and take on more life experiences.

I now have a book by Katie Piper , 365 days of daily Affirmations. It's really good and it seems that it keeps me occupied and with positive thoughts and beliefs I can achieve anything, that can also include making healthy changes, but also sticking to within the limits

Making small manageable changes can really push us to do better, and in the long term we can really look back and see how far we have come,

I have attached this picture below so that we can start off our journey in a positive and challenging way

This is taken from Katie Piper, 365  days of daily Affirmations, (start your day with Katie)

  1. This is great advice. It’s so easy to dwell on negativity and get pulled into a downward spiral of toxic thoughts. Thinking positively definitely has an effect on our overall health.
