When boredom kicks in !!!

So I was food shopping the other day and came across this book, confidence by Katie Piper. I have heard of her as I was given the very first book that she wrote as a Christmas present. So I picked it up and started to read it. I really cannot put it down. It is so interesting and really really can relate to the comments and suggestions that are in there. So my post today is sometimes we really do get bored. It can be boredom for lots of things, especially food. Constantly eating the same foods, or sometimes we eat because we are bored,  and not because we are actually hungry. This can lead to a downward spiral unfortunately if this is not addressed. So if we do feel like that sometimes, why not change things? Reading a really good book can help with boredom, as our minds can switch off when we  are kept occupied by something that can be interesting. Try it and let me know :)
