Housework

When we think of housework, most of the time the idea sounds boring or not very exciting at all.
As part of walking month i am trying to look at ways we can increase physical activity.
Why not try gardening instead? It can burn alot of calories and can help to lose weight.
Now that the weather is nice ( at the moment but you never know!!) why not give it a go?
its not just doing gardening. It can also be hoovering or even carpet or wood cleaning
