Importance of planning

Planning is so key to achieving something, especially if it is regarding healthy eating. When we plan things we are less likely to choose foods that are unhealthy.

Look at the picture that I attached, which I took from a website. It  demonstrates how that goal will be met. This should be the same for healthy eating as well. From what foods you are buying too what you are going to prepare. Planning is key.
