DeleteVitamin D is an extremely important vitamin that has powerful effects on several systems throughout your body, I think people aren't talking enough about this topic since isolation started. Thanks for pointing it out.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome Aida ! I think I am going to do a lengthy post on this
DeleteIt's also found in certain foods such as fatty fish and fortified dairy products, though it's very difficult to get enough from diet alone. But since we are not able to get it from sun, it is a nice alternative.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Godfrey
DeleteIs it safe to take vitamins when you don't know are you deficient or not? I would like to take vitamin D pills, since i have a really light skin and i burn whenever i go out.
ReplyDeletePersonally I wouldn't recommend Vitamin D tablets unless due to various changes, i.e pregnancy, but nothing wrong with deciding to take a multivitamin, there is no harm, however please note that this DOES NOT REPLACE food, still important to consume wide variety of foods from the eatwell plate.
