I really love exercising,  especially during the summer,  not right now unfortunately because winter has arrived (moan n groan😑😑😑)
there are so many benefits to exercise,  all those endorphins, increased life expectancy,  reduced risk of health problems, more energy,  more confident and strength! !! look I can now lift 7kg 😊😊😊😊
