Reboot....

I know it has been a while, but I have been a bit snowed under doing other things, however I always have this on my mind that I must post as much as I can. Because I always have information, knowledge, and ideas to share with you all, plus it is all free which I am sure is a bonus for you all!! so here goes...
This week's tip is to write everything that you do down. This includes what we all had to eat, exercise, sleep, to do lists, everything that we do.
If like me, you don't like the thought of jotting everything on a piece of paper, then just note down the things that are the most important to you. So, for me I am currently keeping a daily food diary, as I am trying to eat well, be more active, get more sleep, just to maintain wellness and improve overall wellbeing. For me it all starts with eating well. If I don't then I am tired to do anything else, loose motivation etc. When I look back at the days, I kept a record, including what I ate, I feel proud, and then that gives me the drive to do better the next day. Eventually I am going to do a physical activity dairy, then do a sleep diary. I actually bought a sleep journal book, but I am taking things one step at a time, otherwise I do get overwhelmed, and then I stop, and the drive is gone. I have been keeping the diary now for the last few days, and it has been great, it has influenced me to make improvements every day, as well as make changes. I cannot remember where I got the book from, I think it is from Poundland, but you can buy food diary from any book store, or I am sure amazon have them as well.  another suggestion is to just buy plain lined paper, and just note down the meals for that day, keep it in a folder, then look at it a week or two weeks later,  recycle them, and start again.
