Exercise- mental health awareness

So as part of mental health awareness week I am doing daily posts raising awareness and how we can control our thoughts and minds especially during times of stress. 
Today I will be going to the gym, which is great for me, as I find it relaxing and keeps me occupied, also all the endorphins are released which keeps my mind in control. 

Find something that can increase endorphins, whether it is walking, swimming or even housework. The recommended exercise amount per day is 30 minutes 5 days a week. That is the minimum, however you can increase this as much as you want, remember that balance is key also. 
Exercise is also great for joints, maintaining wellbeing, reducing cardiovascular diseases, and increasing life expectancy. So come on let's get physical as Olivia Newtown John states in her song ha ha
