onwards and upwards

over the last few weeks I have made a lot of personal changes in my life.  this has affected me in relation to healthy eating and lifestyle.  I had been eating a lot of the wrong things,  because they were so convenient and easy.
last week I felt really sluggish and tired, and I just had enough so I decided to make a big change
I signed up to the gym,  I started swapping certain foods for better versions. nothing drastic or anything
after a week I feel a little bit better emotionally and weight wise

this goes on to show that making small changes does make a little difference. its only been a week so can you imagine how I would feel after a month of this, then 3 months and so on.
