well my healthy eating programme I think has started kicking in. After two days I feel a little bit less sluggish,  and more....well alive lets just say. 
I just hope it continues.  This afternoon I had a granola cereal which is great, because its packed full of minerals like potassium, but also its rich in fibre as well, for the bowel. Usually its a packet of crisps with a chocolate bar,  thats well and truly over...I hope !!!
