national walking month

May is the month for national walking. People dont realise the effects of lack of movement of the body (also called physical activity)
this can include obesity, mobility problems, stress and death!!!

I am not saying get yourself down the gym, but why not get walking?
walking can also help to improve the problems i mentioned above.

So why not do some cleaning around the home?, or get outside and walk? now that the weather is getting warmer ,it is a perfect opportunity to get those walking shoes on. so come on get walking!!!
