So this week i have started the countdown now for christmas. And it is now 17 weeks to go. I thought to myself that would give me plenty of time to eat more well and healthy, and at least fit into a really nice dress hopefully fitted. So for breakfast i have been having the momma porridge that i bought from asda. Then i decided to add in raspberries and blueberries. This is for two reasons, first off for the increased fibre content, as this can aid with weight control, second reason to increase my vitamin and mineral intake. These are rich in vitamin A, B and C. This can then start my journey into really increasing my vitamin intake for the day and the whole week. I am aiming for more than 5 portions so we shall see.
