Healthy changes

So I am still trying to adopt my healthy eating regime, still part of my new year resolution
So what I have done here is I downloaded an app from Google play called sugar swaps. I am sure you can find this on Apple store as well. It basically tells you how much sugar there is in a certain product. So you scan the product, and it tells you the total amount of sugar per 100 grams, and per serving. 
It's a really great way to manage the total amount of sugar we consume per day. 
I am really loving this app, it has helped me to choose healthier, and better options. 
I have uploaded an example of what I scanned.
