Beans

Beans on toast I wanted to mention this because last week I was very poorly, and was far too tired to cook. So I decided to make this instead. It's healthy, packed full of fibre, and counts towards 1 of your five a day. Oh fogot to say its so cheap n easy to make. All I did was heated the beans in the microwave, and then toasted the bread. On a plate I added the toast, and poured the beans on top.
