After a weekend full of drinking and partying I am going to kick off the brand new week with a proper food ( and drink ) detox.

so to kick off the week I am going to try and have more vegetables. As you know (or may not) vegetables are packed full of vitamins, Iron, as well as fibre. So I am going to try and some more of it. Well with the salmon, it is full of omega 3 fatty acids, and full of protein.
