yep this is back in the news again, a new book coming out by the author Nina Teichoz describe the relationship between the foods butter and meat causing heart disease?
This would be an interesting read, as I have always stipulated that saturated fat consumption isnt bad, its the portion size, the amount that can cause this problem
dont foget its all the food that we love so much that can have high amount of saturated fat.
Cakes, Crisps, butter, certain oils,
so it is very important to be aware of them, and use them sparingly
