today I sustained an injury to the back of my lower leg. I am in agony but I am going to keep going.... exercising and trying to do normal things. I am going to see how it goes and if its gets worse I will take a step back and rest.
Lesson for today is to listen to your body.  if your body needs a rest, then rest. 
after all the worser the pain the longer the recovery , which I definitely don't want.
