It all starts with a yawn....

There is a definite link between feeling sluggish, tired,lack of motivation and your diet.
The night before I did not have enough sleep. I only got 5 and a half hours. I usually get at least 6. so that day I didnt stop yawning. Then I was choosing the wrong foods because my brain (and me ha ha ) was tired I lost my concentration into choosing healthier items. so I ended up snacking on sugary foods.
last night I made sure I went to bed early just to find out how I was going to feel today.  Today I feel alot motivated,  happier and more choosy into healthier foods. This is so so important especially if you want to lose weight.  studies have proven that lack of sleep causes poor concentration, which then causes us to pick unhealthy foods.
