Sweet potatoes

Have you tried sweet potatoes yet?  They used to be more expensive than ordinary potatoes but they are not anymore.  Which is great for me because I can promote them more!! Well what can I tell you about them? Well they are packed full of b vitamins which is great for healthy skin and hair. They are full of fibre which is fantastic for the bowels oh and for lowering cholesterol.  Finally they are full of energy which we need all the time. Just remembered something  else it can  also count towards 1 of your five a day!!

  1. Yes! I love them! Sweet potatoes are so easy to prepare and amazingly delicious. I can even get my picky husband to eat them and he turns his nose up at most vegetables.

    I love how healthy sweet potatoes are and I really enjoy them but I never know how to incorporate them into meals.

  3. I love sweet potatoes but in our country, they are a bit on the pricier side. I love to bake them in the oven and use slices of it instead of bread.
