Have you tried sweet potatoes yet? They used to be more expensive than ordinary potatoes but they are not anymore. Which is great for me because I can promote them more!! Well what can I tell you about them? Well they are packed full of b vitamins which is great for healthy skin and hair. They are full of fibre which is fantastic for the bowels oh and for lowering cholesterol. Finally they are full of energy which we need all the time. Just remembered something else it can also count towards 1 of your five a day!!
