Mental health awareness week- laughter

So for the final day post for MHAW, I decided to talk about comedy and laughing. So whenever you are feeling down find something funny to do, watch or joke around with mates about. Believe me laughter is the best medicine

For me I love the show your face or mine on Comedy Central. It takes the Mickey out of couples and their relationships. It does cheer me up when I am feeling a bit down
