Happy New Year

So probably thinking has Fran got any new year resolutions for 2018?
Absolutely not!
You might be surprised by this comment but I really don't. All I want to do is actually build on last year's resolutions and just keep continuing to look after myself and to stay well

So this will include making sure that I get at least 8 hours of sleep, trying to exercise at least three times a week, and checking in on my mental health by relaxing, and doing some really deep breathing.

So to kick off 2018 I will be posting about things relating to this so keep an eye out
