My fave !!

So i was out celebrating the other week and things got err a little messy shall i say, but its all good because as you can see from the picture i had a lovely time and finished off the night with a burger :) 
The moral of this post is there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating an unhealthy meal, or having an alcoholic beverage, as long as this is controlled and not having this all the time, its completely fine. Besides lets be honest i really did not fancy a pasta salad after my 8...yes 8 glasses of jack daniels and coke.  :)

  1. If possible, try planning meals for the next day or week.

    Knowing already what you are going to eat, you eliminate the factor of spontaneity and uncertainty.

    If you do not have to think about what to eat at the next meal, you'll feel less tempted and less likely to feel cravings.
