Happy Easter

Well its easter tomorrow, and because we all are going to stuff ourselves with loads and loads of chocolate, I thought i would better write a quick blog about it!!

1.Try to eat smaller eggs of possible, remember smaller amounts of chocolate means lesser calories, and sugar consumed

2. Try not to eat all the eggs in one go, have little bits here and there each day, that way at least the calories are spread out.

3. The above leads to this one....burn the calories, and exercise, what you put in, if you dont burn out, you put on weight

4. Darker chocolate is better than milk chocolate ones, and they contain less sugar, however they tend to be more expensive
