Day 2 of heathy eating

Well today I tweaked a popular jacket potato and swapped it for sweet potato instead. I added some grated cheese to it to make it a bit tasty 😊
Sweet potatoes are packed full of b vitamins, carbohydrates and fibre, which helps with errr bowel movements
