sugar sugar sugar

A study broadcasted by the BBC showed the dangers of excess sugar.  This is great that it has now been brought to light because for years it has always fat, especially saturated fat.
People are not aware of the dangers of excess sugar. Sugar is calories,  and unfortunately excess calories can turn into fat (if it is not burnt off through physical activity)
There are  many ways to reduce the amount of sugar in our diet.
one of them is swapping high sugar food for lower options packed full of other benefits, especially vitamins,  minerals and fibre
Another one is portions, for example if you are a tea or coffee person,  and you drink alot of it, with sugar.  why not reduce the amount of sugar? dont forget that sugar makes calories,  which turn into fat.
Can you think of other ways to reduce sugar?
