so I am currently studying for a master diploma in clinical nutrition.  its really interesting getting back into nutrition 7 years after graduating.  so it feels a bit weird getting back to the swing of things I.e reading journals etc.
so I was reading about the different ways to measure health. one of them is the use of calipers. I think calipers are very accurate however the only issue is that you have to make sure that you use tje the calipers effectively,  and efficiently ensuring that measurements are taken at the right places.  If these are done it can help people to maintain and lose unwanted body fat, and gain muscle.
