Portions again

I love weekends, for me its the time where I sometimes go a little bit overboard when it comes to food. One of them is fish and chips.  I can actually have one to myself ( if I really wanted to) but did you know that the calorie intake of fish and chips is more than 2,000 calories?
Put it this way the calorie intake for a female is 2,000 calories a day. So if we are eating a days worth of calories in one meal? Then really we should be cutting down on the portions.  A great option is sharing the meal, then at least we are cutting down on the calorie intake.
