Its the weekend!!! But be aware that before you reach for something sugary, just think about this:
A typical cereal bar has 3 teaspoons of sugar
A chocolate bar has 5 teaspoons of sugar
Bottle of coke has 11 teaspoons of sugar
And a bottle of wine? Well alot more!!!
These are all popular foods and drinks. I am not saying dont have them(I love them too...apart from the coke, not a fan I am afraid) but be aware of the sugar content. Excess sugar turns into fat which causes weight gain.
