those boots are made for walking......

you dont need to walk for miles upon miles. walking for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week can be very beneficial. so instead of using the car one day why not walk. i did. the sun was shining, and i needed to get some shopping, so i decided to walk. you know what i felt great. so why not give it a go?
