Although I am religious (well I try to be) I feel that lent is an important time. Not just religiously but also healthy as well. As it is a time of reflection looking at what things we would like to give up for the next six weeks. It is great but it can also be quite challenging, as we are not going to eat that item for a while. I am giving up chocolate and biscuits, oh and crisps. Its going to be difficult, but its good to give it a go !
