we are now halfway through january. How is the new year resolutions going? if you need any advice here is a few points:

- try not to worry if something went wrong
- assess what has happened and carry on.
- small changes makes alot of difference so make small changes as you possibly can
- finally enjoy it, if you are finding it boring find something else!
