Healthy changes can make a big difference!

While I was typing this I tucked into potato wedges with salad. Wedges tend not to absorb as much fat, in comparison to fries, which is thinner, therefore absorbing more fat. What I am trying to say  is that we can all have a treat, but healthy treats are alot better because we can over indulge without thinking about the calories. Look at this pizza I attached. The problem is that it has a thick crust. If it has a thin crust, it would have been alot healthier. So do bear it in mind.
